Return of funds – a guarantee of a refund

If for some reason you have not received your order or the goods were delivered in full, we are ready to return you 100% of the paid amount within 30 days or to revisit the ordered medicine.

The maximum delivery time is 21 working days from the date of sending the order, depending on the type of delivery you have chosen. If you have not received your purchase during this period or have learned that your order has been held in customs or returned, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve this issue quickly.

You can return the product within 30 days from the date of its delivery, if:

  • The delivered goods are damaged or defective;
  • The delivered goods do not correspond to what you ordered.

Please note that the goods must be returned in the original intact package with all its components. The return of the goods must be previously agreed with our support service.

Unfortunately, we are forced to refuse to receive opened goods or if more than 30 days have passed since delivery.
