We offer delivery services to most countries in the world. As soon as your order is confirmed and adopted by our pharmacy, it will go to the preparation and dispatch stage. To do this, we work with a number of reliable logistics partners, including EMS, UPS and Deutsche Post. You can choose a delivery method based on your preferences and budget: both standard mail and airmail made for an additional fee, which includes order processing costs, are available.

Estimated delivery times vary from 4 to 13 business days, which depends on the delivery method you have chosen. We are committed to informing you quickly about any changes or delays in processing your order. In addition, after sending medicines from the pharmacy to your email address, a confirmation letter with the details of the departure will be sent to your email address. If the delivery is not completed within the specified timeframes, we ask you to contact our support service immediately so that we can take steps to clarify the reasons for the delay.

It is important to remember that the buyer is responsible for passing the order through customs authorities. All customs fees, taxes and other possible expenses arising after the entry of the goods into the destination country are paid by the customer.
